Smok'n Grill is a celebration of live fire and slow smoke, rooted in the tradition of charcoal and wood-fired cooking across the United States. Rather than relying on gas or electric heat, our smoking process uses hardwoods like hickory, red oak, and fruit woods to infuse each cut of meat with genuine wood-fired character. That careful infusion of flavor is the heart of our approach: smoke is treated as a seasoning in its own right, layered lightly so that the natural taste of the meat still comes through.

Our menu stretches well beyond brisket and ribs to include smoked sausages, andouille, and polish varieties, along with Cajun-style grilled seafood such as catfish.
